NCR: Marikina, Malabon, Navotas, Valenzuela, Muntinlupa, San Juan, Pasig, Pasay, Caloocan, Pateros, and Taguig; Region III: Bataan, Pampanga, Zambales, and Bulacan; Region IV-A: Laguna; Region IV-B: Palawan (Culion, El Nido and Linacapan only).
